The following actions are strictly prohibited:

- Creation of explicit or harmful content: Including but not limited to:
- Nudity, Pornography, and Adult Content: The use of AI to generate or distribute sexually explicit material.
- Child Abuse Material (CSAM): The use of AI to create, distribute, or store any form of child abuse material.
- Sexual Exploitation or Abuse: The use of AI to create or facilitate any forms of sexual exploitation or abuse.
Consequences of Misuse
If we detect that our APIs or services have been used for unethical, illegal, or harmful purposes, we reserve the right to take immediate and appropriate action, which may include:
- Termination of Access: We will terminate the offending user’s access to our services or APIs immediately, without refund or compensation.
- Permanent Ban: In cases of severe misuse, we reserve the right to ban the user from accessing our services permanently.
- Legal Action: If the misuse leads to harm, we may take legal action against the user and seek damages for any resulting losses or harm caused by the misuse.
- Penalties: We may impose financial penalties or other sanctions for misuse of our services or APIs.

- Monitoring and controlling how your organization or team uses our APIs and ensuring that they adhere to ethical standards.
- Using AI responsibly and for purposes that promote the well-being of individuals, businesses, and society.
