We charge for API usage based on the number of requests made or by token, whichever is higher. New users get a 1000 credit balance for free to get started. You can top up your balance as needed. For AI development services, we require an advance payment before starting any work.
To top up your balance, log in to your dashboard, select "Top Up Balance," choose your payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer), and enter the amount you wish to add. Your balance will be updated immediately after confirming the payment.
If your balance is low or depleted, our APIs will not respond to requests until you top up your balance. We recommend regularly monitoring your balance to avoid any disruptions in service.
Yes! You can create multiple API tokens for different use cases or projects. Each token can be managed (view, revoke, or create new tokens) from your user dashboard.
We have strict ethical guidelines to ensure our services are used responsibly. Misuse of our APIs or services for illegal or unethical activities, such as promoting violence, hate speech, or child exploitation, will result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account. We also reserve the right to impose penalties in such cases.
For APIs, there are no refunds once the balance is used. For AI development services, any work that has started or any milestones completed cannot be refunded. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details.
