1. No Refunds for API Services
Our API services are based on a pay-as-you-go model. You add funds to your account balance, and the balance is used to make API requests. The following conditions apply:
- No Refunds will be provided for any API usage or top-up amounts. Once you have added funds to your account, they are non-refundable, regardless of whether they have been used or not.
- If your balance runs low or is exhausted, the API will not respond until you top up your balance again.
- You are responsible for monitoring your balance to ensure sufficient funds for continued API usage.
2. AI Development Services
For our AI development services, we follow a no refund policy for any paid services. The conditions are as follows:
- Advance Payments: All advance payments made for AI development projects are non-refundable. Once paid, these payments are retained to cover initial work and project resources.
- Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed milestones or for work that has already begun are non-refundable. Once a milestone is completed, or work has commenced, we do not offer refunds.
- Project Cancellations: If you decide to cancel an AI development project after work has started, you will be responsible for paying for all completed work and any costs incurred up until the point of cancellation.
- Work In Progress: Any ongoing work in an AI development project is non-refundable, including costs incurred from the beginning of the project or when a milestone is started.
3. Exceptions to the No Refund Policy
In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or partial refund. Such exceptions include:
- Technical Errors: If we experience an issue that prevents us from delivering the service or API functionality, we may consider a partial refund or credit.
- Duplicate Charges: If a user is charged twice for the same service or API request, a refund for the duplicate charge may be issued.
